While the room is nearly empty at present, Tamil Maldonado, director at Barrio E' Centro, is hoping that the community and multicultural center will soon be a bustling hub for people of all walks of life to come learn about different cultures, and specifically their arts.
Barrio E' is a nonprofit that was founded in 2012 with a mission to foster community engagement and education of all cultures in Colorado. Until now, the group didn't have any central facility in Boulder County.
