Student from Arapahoe Campus is first scholar to serve on Latino chamber

Latino Chamber of Commerce of Boulder County President Jose Beteta knows what it's like to struggle as a teen.
His family brought him illegally to the United States, and it took him 20 years to become a citizen. His parents also hadn't gone to college and couldn't help him navigate the system. Still, he graduated from Howard University and runs a business -- Leap Tech Solutions -- that helps other small businesses with technology.
